Dominant crate in northern Mare Imbrium. Processed using the MAP procedure, where you actually split each video frame into several pieces, reduce each cropped video stream, and mosaic back together at the end. I used iMerge to create my mosaic. The idea is that across the frame the distortion due to the atmosphere is not constant, and by aligning on smaller sections you will do a better job picking the best frames for that area than if you only align on a single part of the frame.
